Cooperflora achieves 51% revenue growth through data and automation

Cooperflora, a flower cooperative based in Jaguariúna, Brazil, has achieved a 51% increase in revenue over two years by integrating data intelligence, logistics automation, and total traceability into its operations.

By replacing intuition with market intelligence and high-end technology, the cooperative optimized its picking process by 61.46% and reached a stock accuracy rate of 99.99%. These advancements earned the organization the GS1 Brasil Automation Award in November 2025 for its system that connects producers directly to final consumers.

The cooperative’s digital transformation and ability to manage highly perishable products have drawn international attention, including a visit from executives of the Canadian cooperative Hensall Co-op to study their logistical precision.
