Copa Airlines expands direct flights between Panama and Salta
Copa Airlines will increase its direct flight frequency between Panama and Salta, Argentina, starting in early February. The airline will add a fourth weekly flight to the route, which currently operates on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
The new flight from Panama is scheduled to depart on Tuesdays at 16:40, arriving at the Martín Miguel de Güemes International Airport at 00:24. Returning flights from Salta to Panama will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 02:01.
This expansion aims to boost receptive tourism in the province and improve connectivity for local residents to over 85 destinations across North America, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America via the Panama hub. Manuela Arancibia, the Minister of Tourism and Sports, noted that the increased connectivity is intended to promote the province's local production and services to a global audience.
