Copa Andarilhos Golf Tournament Holds 7th Stage at São Paulo Golf Club

The seventh stage of the Copa Andarilhos de Golfe took place on 14 July 2026 at the São Paulo Golf Club. The event, created by businessman Luis Garcia, featured 24 top Brazilian professionals and amateurs, including Rafa Becker, Felipe Navarro, Axell Balestre and Lauren Grinberg. Participants competed simultaneously in match‑play confrontations (R$ 300 per win) and a stroke‑play tournament with total prize money estimated at over R$ 12 000, plus bonuses for birdies and eagles.

Garcia said the circuit aims to fill gaps between existing tournaments and to promote high‑performance golf in Brazil, targeting two stages per month depending on club availability. The competition concluded with a communal lunch for the players.
