Copacabana authorities and residents meet to address urban disorder
Authorities, residents, and civil society representatives are convening in Rio de Janeiro to address growing urban disorder and security concerns in the Copacabana neighborhood. A meeting organized by the Associação Movimento Cidadão Presente (AMCP) aims to bring public officials face-to-face with the community to discuss public safety, the homeless population, drug use in public spaces, and irregular street vending.
