Copenhagen Consultoria enters liquidation amid Bolsonaro investigation

Copenhagen Consultoria e Assessoria S.A., a consultancy firm linked to Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, has entered voluntary liquidation. The decision was approved by its sole shareholder, Estônia Multiestratégia, and registered with the São Paulo Board of Trade (Jucesp) in August.

Prior to its dissolution, Bolsonaro's office had issued R$ 1 million in invoices to Copenhagen, which were subsequently canceled. The company is currently under investigation by the Federal Police for suspected asset concealment related to the 'Master case'. Reports indicate Copenhagen received R$ 58 million from Banco Master, an institution controlled by Daniel Vorcaro.

Investigations revealed that Copenhagen was not operating at its registered address in São Caetano do Sul; instead, the location was occupied by Contábil Corrêa, a firm owned by businessman Rogério Lourenço Novo. Novo, who is also responsible for Copenhagen, has been appointed as the company's liquidator.
