Copper One Resources resumes drilling at Nevada's Majuba Hill copper project

Copper One Resources (CSE: CEXY) announced that drilling at its Majuba Hill Project in Pershing County, Nevada, will resume on 8 July. The drill hole MHB‑37B has reached a depth of 531 m (1,743 ft) and is being extended to a planned total of about 762 m (2,500 ft). Visual inspections have identified chalcopyrite, pyrite and possible sphalerite within the ALS Formation between roughly 244 m and 335 m, while laboratory assay results are still pending.

The company is applying an AI‑driven exploration model that integrates breccia mapping from a spring campaign with historical geophysical data to better target copper‑silver‑gold mineralisation. CEO David Greenway said the project is entering “an important new phase” and highlighted the growing need for a secure domestic copper supply as AI accelerates data‑centre and electrification infrastructure.

In a separate corporate update, Copper One appointed Richard Robins, a finance‑industry veteran, as its new Chief Financial Officer.
