Cops Connecting With Kids to host inaugural Halloween Hustle 5K

Cops Connecting With Kids is hosting the inaugural Halloween Hustle 5K and Monster Mile on Saturday, October 31, at the Goebel Soccer Complex. The event features a flat, out-and-back route suitable for runners and walkers of all experience levels.

In addition to the main races, the event includes a costume contest with prizes and a ‘Not So Spooky Sprint’ for children aged 10 and under. Participants in the 5K and Monster Mile will receive a race t-shirt and a finisher medal.

Proceeds from the event will fund the organization’s Disney Adventure program, which covers all costs for a week-long trip to Disney World for deserving students. Since its inception, the program has sent over 600 children to Florida.
