Cops for Cancer cycling tour arrives in Pitt Meadows

The Cops for Cancer Tour de Coast, an annual fundraising initiative for the Canadian Cancer Society, recently arrived in Pitt Meadows. The event involves police officers and emergency services personnel cycling along the British Columbia coast for eight days.

Over its 29-year history, the tour has raised approximately $61 million. Proceeds from the initiative support life-saving pediatric cancer research and various support programs, such as Camp Goodtimes. The current fundraising goal for the Tour de Valley is $650,000.
