Bioceres Crop Solutions reports 2026 revenue decline amid restructuring

Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp., an Argentine agricultural biotechnology firm, reported its fiscal fourth quarter and full-year 2026 financial results, highlighting a period of restructuring and cost discipline.

Full-year 2026 revenues fell 18% to $238.3 million from $290.4 million in fiscal 2025. Management attributed half of this decline to the reconfiguration of the company’s seed business, while the rest resulted from lower crop protection sales and reduced contributions from a Syngenta partnership.

Despite revenue contraction, the company achieved a return to positive adjusted EBITDA of $0.6 million in Q4, compared to a negative $9.6 million in the previous year's fourth quarter. This was driven by aggressive cost-cutting measures that reduced SG&A expenses by 24%. However, the company remains facing litigation with certain creditors and ongoing uncertainty regarding its ability to continue as a going concern.
