Cordelion Kitchen Arts Center to host six August culinary workshops in Karşıyaka

The Cordelion Kitchen Arts Center (MSM), operated by Karşıyaka Municipality in İzmir, will run six hands‑on culinary workshops during August. For participants aged 17 and over, the program includes pizza making on 6 August, coffee and cookies on 11 August, and communal mezze dishes on 26 August. For children aged 4‑12, the schedule features a kids’ pizza class on 5 August, a parent‑assisted pasta session on 12 August, and a cupcake workshop on 25 August. All sessions have limited enrolment; interested residents can obtain details and pre‑register via the centre’s telephone numbers.

Mayor Yıldız Ünsal emphasised that the centre aims to provide “education environments where citizens of all ages can develop new skills and gain experiences,” adding that the workshops help participants improve kitchen techniques while enjoying the process of creating and sharing food.
