Corgan Wins Sustainable Leadership Award for Wells Fargo Net‑Positive Campus
Global architecture firm Corgan received the CoreNet Global 2026 Sustainable Leadership Award for its integrated design of Wells Fargo’s corporate campus in Irving, Texas. The 850,000‑square‑foot, 22‑acre campus is promoted as the largest net‑positive corporate campus in the United States, generating more energy on‑site than it consumes and reducing water use while supporting 4,000 employees.
The award, presented by CoreNet Global—the leading association for corporate real‑estate professionals—recognizes organizations that innovate in sustainability, measurable impact and long‑term stewardship. Corgan’s project features optimized floor plates, a high‑performance envelope with dynamic glazing, 360,000 square feet of solar panels and high‑efficiency building systems. "Wells Fargo set an ambitious sustainability target, and together we showed what’s possible when environmental performance is truly a design driver," said Varun Kohli, Principal and Director of Sustainability at Corgan. President Lindsay Wilson added that the recognition underscores the firm’s commitment to integrated sustainable design.
