Corinthia Group announces luxury hotel project in Turks and Caicos

Corinthia Group has announced the development of an ultra-luxury hotel and branded residential project on Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos. The project is being undertaken in partnership with Carolina Partners Ltd. and will occupy the last remaining undeveloped beachfront parcel on a prime stretch of Grace Bay.

The development is planned to include a 50-suite Corinthia-branded hotel alongside an exclusive collection of fully serviced branded residences, such as beachfront villas, casitas, and condominiums. Planned amenities include a spa and wellness center, multiple swimming pools, a beach club, signature restaurants, retail spaces, padel courts, and curated lifestyle experiences.

The project is currently moving toward formal planning approval, with construction expected to begin in 2027.
