Corinthia Group to develop luxury hotel and residences in Turks and Caicos

Corinthia Group has announced a partnership with Carolina Partners Ltd. to develop an ultra-luxury hotel and branded residential project on Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos. The development is situated on the last remaining undeveloped beachfront parcel on this stretch of Grace Bay.

The project will be led by Corinthia Real Estate Ventures (C-REV), the group’s real estate investment and development arm, under Managing Partners Marcus Pisani and Alex Chazkel. Once completed, the resort will be managed by Corinthia Hotels. The development is expected to feature a 50-suite Corinthia-branded hotel alongside an exclusive collection of fully serviced branded residences, including beachfront villas, casitas, and condominiums.

Karen Cummings, a managing member of Carolina Partners Ltd., has held various parcels of land in the area for over 25 years. Simon Naudi, CEO of Corinthia Group, stated that the project represents an “important step in Corinthia’s international growth.”
