Corinthia Lake Como luxury hotel project announced for Menaggio

A new ultra-luxury hotel project, Corinthia Lake Como, is being developed in Menaggio on Lake Como. The project is a partnership between Corinthia Hotels, RoundShield, and Kervis SGR.

The development is currently undergoing urban planning authorization and is expected to open in 2028. The masterplan includes 58 rooms and suites, a beach club, three restored historic villas, and a dedicated wellness center featuring a spa. The complex will be situated along the natural slopes of the pre-alpine terrain, integrating luxury with local architectural traditions.

Financing for the project is provided by the Putter Fund, which is entirely subscribed by a vehicle linked to RoundShield. Kervis SGR, an Italian real estate management operator with over 1.5 billion euros in assets under management, is overseeing the development. This marks Corinthia Hotels' second property in Italy following its opening in Rome.
