Corinthians negotiates contract renewal with youth talent Nicollas

Corinthians has entered negotiations to renew the contract of Nicollas, an 18-year-old forward from the club's under-20 squad. The move comes after the club noticed interest from international teams.

Nicollas, who is versatile enough to play on both wings or as a center-forward, currently has a contract valid until June 30, 2027. The club's management is seeking to increase contractual security to avoid losing young talent prematurely, citing previous experiences with players like Kauê Furquim.

The player has been training frequently with the professional squad and is monitored by coach Fernando Diniz. In the current youth season, Nicollas has recorded two goals and two assists in 21 matches.
