Corinthians suspends Fatal Fans sponsorship following court injunction

Sport Club Corinthians Paulista has suspended its sponsorship agreement with the adult content platform Fatal Fans following a preliminary injunction issued by the Tatuapé Court of Childhood and Youth of the São Paulo Court of Justice (TJ-SP).

The court ruled that the advertising of the platform through the club reached significant numbers of children and adolescents, posing a concrete risk to their emotional integrity and healthy development. The injunction requires the club to remove all mentions of the platform from its uniforms, official channels, and sports spaces within 15 days.

Additionally, the court has ordered the club to implement age verification mechanisms to restrict minors from accessing the sponsor's content. In an official statement, Corinthians confirmed it is complying with the provisional decision, noting that the ruling was made before the club could present its defense. The club stated it will contest the decision in court while reaffirming its commitment to the protection of children and adolescents.
