Coritiba hosts Corinthians amid winter clothing drive

Coritiba is set to host Corinthians at the Couto Pereira stadium this Sunday at 19:30 for a Campeonato Brasileiro Série A match. Both teams are positioned closely in the standings, with both seeking a victory to secure international competition spots for next year. Historically, Coritiba has struggled against Corinthians at home, having not secured a victory against them in Curitiba since 2011.

In conjunction with the match, Coritiba is hosting a donation drive for the 2026 Curitiba City Hall Winter Clothing Campaign (Campanha do Agasalho). Between 15:30 and 18:30 on match day, fans can donate clothes, blankets, and footwear at the Coxa Sports Bar & Parrilla located next to the stadium. Players will also participate in the initiative by carrying a campaign banner onto the pitch before kickoff to encourage solidarity.
