Cornerstone and TIP partner on UK telecom site renewals

Cornerstone and Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIP) have entered a partnership to streamline the management and renewal of telecommunications site agreements across TIP’s managed portfolio. The collaboration aims to provide greater certainty for infrastructure providers, mobile network operators, and landowners as existing contracts expire.

By adopting a more consistent approach to site renewals, the companies intend to reduce administrative complexity and support the continued rollout of digital infrastructure in the United Kingdom. Cornerstone, which oversees more than 16,500 cell sites across the UK, expects the partnership to allow for more focused investment in critical mobile infrastructure. The agreement also includes established processes for addressing issues as they arise to simplify relationships between landowners and service providers.
