Insurance Executives Adjust Stakes in Travelers and Chubb

The Kentucky Retirement Systems increased its position in The Travelers Companies, Inc., buying an additional 15,864 shares in the first quarter. The pension fund now holds 30,058 shares, valued at approximately $8.77 million.

Chubb Limited’s executive vice president, Joseph Wayland, sold 8,502 shares of the insurer on July 28, a transaction worth about $3.10 million. After the sale, Wayland’s holding fell to 33,749 shares, valued at roughly $12.30 million, representing a 20.12 % reduction in his ownership stake.
