Cornwall driver fined $3,000 for throwing parking ticket at officer
Stephen Lang, 58, has been ordered to pay approximately $3,000 following a confrontation with a parking enforcement officer in Penryn, Cornwall. The incident occurred at the Exchequer Quay car park when Lang was issued a ticket for parking outside a marked bay.
