Cornwall historic estate goes on sale for £12.5 million

A historic 500-year-old estate in Cornwall has been placed on the market for £12.5 million. Located on the Roseland Peninsula near the village of Portscatho, the property includes Rosteague Manor, a Grade II listed manor house with origins dating back to 1363.

The estate encompasses over 180 acres of woodland, gardens, and arable pasture, along with more than a mile of private coastline facing Gerrans Bay. In addition to the main six-bedroom manor house, the sale includes a stable block, a three-bedroom lodge, a three-bedroom farm cottage, and a one-bedroom groom's flat.

This marks the first time the property has been available for purchase since 2003, and it had not changed hands since 1945.
