Cornwall house prices rise 3.7% annually to £277,801
Average house prices in Cornwall have reached £277,801, representing a 3.7 per cent annual increase of approximately £9,816. This marks the third consecutive month of year-on-year growth for the county, which ranked as the twelfth best-performing area in the South West.
Despite the annual gains, Cornwall experienced a month-on-month decline of 0.4 per cent, or roughly £1,114, between May and June. This represents the second consecutive month of monthly value decreases.
Nationally, UK house prices rose by 2 per cent, or £5,392, over the 12 months leading to June 2026, bringing the national average to £272,188. In the South West, Exeter recorded the largest decline, with prices falling by £4,919.
