Coronation Street: David and Shona face police scrutiny after shooting

In the British soap opera Coronation Street, characters David and Shona Platt face intense scrutiny following a shooting incident involving Jodie Ramsey. During a confrontation, Shona accidentally shot Jodie after a struggle over a weapon.

Following the incident, David and Shona attempted to conceal the truth from authorities, claiming they did not see who fired the shot. However, Jodie has since threatened to expose the circumstances, placing the couple under significant pressure.

Police investigator DS Lisa Connor-Swain is actively pursuing the case. After noting potential inconsistencies in the couple's story, she has requested that David and Shona attend the station for follow-up questioning, heightening fears that Shona may face arrest.
