Coronation Street: Jodie Ramsey escalates schemes against family

In the British soap opera Coronation Street, the character Jodie Ramsey is escalating her efforts to torment her half-sister, Shona Platt, and seduce Shona’s husband, David Platt.

Jodie has engaged in several dangerous actions, including endangering Shona’s infant daughter by pouring boiling water into a bathtub and nearly causing a house fire. Her behavior has become increasingly unhinged, involving the possession of a stolen gun and an assault on Sarah Platt.

Jodie is also targeting her father, Doug Ramsey. She has reportedly swapped his anti-psychotic medication for standard painkillers, causing him to experience confusion and paranoia. Actress Olivia Frances Brown has indicated that Jodie’s actions will lead to a painful outcome for the character.
