Coronation Street sets June 22 murder reveal and teases teen exit plot

Coronation Street confirmed that the storyline surrounding the murder of character Theo Silverton will be resolved in an hour‑long episode on Monday 22 June 2026 at 9 pm on ITV1 (later on ITVX). The episode will feature a dinner party where flashbacks revisit the night of the killing and identify the murderer among suspects including Gary Windass, Summer Spellman, Todd Grimshaw, George Shuttleworth and Christina Boyd.

In a separate storyline, teen characters Betsy Swain, Dylan Wilson and Brody Michaelis are shown leaving the Rovers Return, confronting a group of older boys, and being threatened after references to Betsy’s deceased boyfriend Mason Radcliffe. Fans have expressed concern that the incident may link to Betsy’s upcoming departure for the London College of Fashion, as hinted by the show’s producers.
