Coronel Ulysses oversees $1 million road project in Cruzeiro do Sul, Acre

Federal deputy Coronel Ulysses inspected the rehabilitation of a 3.9‑kilometre road segment in Cruzeiro do Sul, Acre, funded by a R$1 million parliamentary amendment. The work includes a new gallery to keep the São Luiz, Passo Fundo and Ramal do Romeu communities connected during the rainy season, improving safety and access for residents, farmers and students.

A separate state‑level audit shows that more than R$42 million in parliamentary amendments have been allocated to five municipalities in Acre over the past two years. Cruzeiro do Sul received the largest share, over R$23.7 million, directed toward infrastructure, education, agriculture, health, security and social projects. The other municipalities—Sena Madureira, Acrelândia, Feijó and Capixaba—received between R$1 million and R$9.8 million for similar local development initiatives.
