Corporate earnings reports show mixed Q3 2026 results

Various companies reported their third-quarter 2026 financial results, showing a range of performance across different sectors.

In the industrial and retail sectors, Sherwin-Williams reported a 7.9% increase in consolidated net sales to $6.86 billion, driven by price increases and growth in its Consumer Brands Group following the Suvinil acquisition. Conversely, LKQ saw revenue decline by 5.1% to $3.3 billion, impacted by operational disruptions in Europe and ERP-related issues in Germany that resulted in a $95 million revenue loss.

In the financial and real estate sectors, Avidbank reported a net income of $10.2 million, up from $7.6 million in the previous quarter, supported by 17% year-over-year loan growth. Sun Communities exceeded guidance with a Core FFO per share of $2.35, bolstered by the completion of a $1.03 billion business disposition in the UK.

Fomento Económico Mexicano (FEMSA) also held its earnings call, highlighting strong performance from its OXXO Mexico business unit.
