Corporate executives execute multiple stock sales

Several corporate executives have executed stock sales in recent days, according to recent SEC filings.

At Amazon.com, Inc., CEO Matthew Garman sold 14,541 shares at an average price of $259.06 on August 21, totaling approximately $3.77 million. The sale was conducted under a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 trading plan and reduced his ownership by nearly 45%.
