Corporate updates: BookMyShow investment, Mitek leadership, and executive stock sales

Several companies reported significant executive changes and financial transactions. BookMyShow has entered into definitive agreements for an investment from KKR, pending regulatory approvals, which is intended to accelerate the company’s live entertainment ambitions.

Mitek Systems, Inc. appointed Aaron Seyler as Chief Revenue Officer to lead its go-to-market organization. Seyler previously held a role at a digital fraud firm where he helped scale revenue from approximately $200 million to over $600 million.

In terms of insider trading, several executives conducted stock sales. Camtek Ltd. executives Ram Langer (COO) and Orit Geva-Dvash (VP) both sold shares in mid-August. Ralph Lauren Corporation COO Robert P. Ranftl disposed of 2,255 shares for tax withholding purposes, while RCM Technologies CFO Kevin Miller sold 4,413 shares under a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 trading plan.
