Corporate foundations provide aid to Indonesian communities facing disasters

Various corporate foundations in Indonesia are providing relief to citizens affected by natural disasters and environmental crises.

In Central Java, the BRI Gombong Branch Office, in collaboration with the YBM BRILiaN Regional Office Yogyakarta and Masjid Ar Rahman Gombong, distributed 13 tanks of clean water to residents in the Buayan and Sempor districts of Kebumen Regency. This initiative aims to alleviate the water scarcity caused by a drought that has persisted for several months.

In South and Central Kalimantan, PT PLN (Persero) through the YBM PLN UP2D Kalselteng foundation provided assistance to a resident in Banjarbaru. The aid was directed toward repairing a home damaged by recent strong winds, intended to help the family restore their living conditions to a safe and comfortable state.
