Corporate golf tournaments held in Ecuador and Dominican Republic

Recent golf tournaments in Ecuador and the Dominican Republic have highlighted the intersection of professional sports, business networking, and social responsibility.

In Ecuador, Banco Manabí and AMR Golf S.A. hosted the inaugural Copa Banco Manabí at Montecristi Golf & Villas. The event drew approximately 150 participants, including 60 players, for a day of competition and business interaction. The program featured a golf clinic led by professional Abdallah Murtinho and included various corporate sponsors.

In the Dominican Republic, BMCargo announced its 13th Invitational Golf Tournament, scheduled for September 24–26 at the Corales Golf Course in Puntacana Resort. The event expects 360 players and aims to support social causes, with proceeds benefiting the Fundación Grupo Puntacana, Un Techo Para Mi País República Dominicana, and Fundación LASO. Over its 13 editions, the BMCargo tournament has contributed more than RD$26.9 million to 20 different foundations.
