Corregidora police host basic mechanics workshop for citizens

The Municipal Public Security Secretariat of Corregidora held a basic mechanics workshop for citizens at Plaza Candiles. The initiative aimed to improve road safety, promote prevention, and strengthen the relationship between the local police force and the community.

During the session, municipal police officers shared technical knowledge regarding vehicle maintenance and essential documentation. Participants learned how to identify vehicle serial numbers, which documents must be carried while driving, and which components to inspect before long-distance travel. The workshop also provided guidance on how to respond effectively to mechanical emergencies.

This activity was conducted under the instruction of Mayor Chepe Guerrero as part of a community-oriented policing strategy designed to build institutional trust and showcase the technical capabilities of the police force.
