Correios to auction 12 properties across seven Brazilian states

The Brazilian postal service, Correios, is conducting two rounds of auctions for 12 properties, including commercial buildings and land, across seven states: Alagoas, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraná, Rio Grande do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul, and São Paulo.

The first auction is scheduled for October 29, and the second for November 5, both hosted via the VIP Leilões platform. Notable properties include a commercial building in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, with an initial bid of R$ 716,535.04, and two buildings in Rio Grande do Sul located in Três de Maio and Ibirubá.

Other significant listings include a large plot of land in São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo, valued at over R$ 37 million, and a commercial building in Guarulhos, São Paulo, valued at approximately R$ 3.3 million. All assets are free of tax debts. Buyers may choose from several payment methods, including cash, bank financing, or installments of up to 12 months.
