Corrientes expands eco-tourism and cultural presence

The province of Corrientes is experiencing growth in both its tourism and cultural sectors. The Iberá region has emerged as a global model for eco-tourism, with local authorities seeking to strengthen international ties, including potential partnerships and exhibitions in France, to showcase the province's natural resources and sustainable development strategies.

Simultaneously, the province is preparing for the Taragüí Rock festival, scheduled for October 3 and 4 at the Mario del Tránsito Cocomarola Amphitheater. The event has seen high demand from both local and international visitors, including contingents from Paraguay, leading to full hotel occupancy in the capital. The festival features a lineup of national and local bands, with ticket sales already showing significant momentum.
