Corsan mobilizes Rio Grande do Sul cities for World Cleanup Day

Corsan is mobilizing several municipalities in Rio Grande do Sul to participate in World Cleanup Day activities throughout September. The initiative aims to raise awareness about how improperly discarded waste can enter drainage systems, rivers, and beaches, ultimately compromising sanitation and the environment.

The program involves volunteers, students, and local governments in various actions, including cleaning drives, selective waste collection, and educational activities. Specific scheduled actions include glass container collection in Passo Fundo, a cleanup effort in Alegrete, and the collection of bottle caps and used cooking oil in Cruz Alta.
