Corscale launches 140MW data centre project in Iver, UK

Corscale, a hyperscale data‑centre developer, has signed a pre‑construction services agreement with UK contractors McLaren Construction and Phoenix ME to begin pre‑development of a 140 MW (140 MVA) data‑centre campus at Court Lane in Iver, Buckinghamshire, north of Heathrow Airport. Designed by Gensler, the 14‑acre site will host two data‑centre buildings and an architecturally unique sub‑station, with engineering support from Cundall and L&P Group.

Pre‑development work is scheduled to start on 1 July 2026 and will include site clearance, utility diversions, relocation of two 36‑inch water mains belonging to Affinity Water, and environmental remediation. The development aims for practical completion in the fourth quarter of 2029, adding significant digital‑infrastructure capacity to the West London market while incorporating biodiversity measures and design elements to complement a nearby Grade II‑listed farmhouse.
