Corteva Raises 2026 Outlook on Strong Seed and Crop‑Protection Sales

Corteva Inc. reported higher first‑half 2026 sales and earnings, prompting the company to lift its full‑year outlook. Management highlighted robust demand for seed technologies, growth in new crop‑protection products, licensing income and disciplined cost control. Net sales rose 4% to $11.3 billion, organic sales up 2%, while operating EBITDA increased 10% year‑over‑year to $3.7 billion and operating EPS rose 14%. The EBITDA margin expanded to 32.8%, an improvement of roughly 200 basis points.

The company raised its 2026 operating EBITDA forecast to $4.1‑$4.3 billion and its EPS outlook to $3.60‑$3.80 per share. It expects second‑half EBITDA to be roughly flat, noting the impact of tariffs, separation dis‑synergies and the Middle East conflict. Corteva remains on schedule to spin off its advanced seed and genetics business as Vylor on Oct. 1, with second‑half earnings to be delivered in the fourth quarter.
