Cortis releases expanded EP to mark debut anniversary

K-pop group Cortis is releasing an expanded edition of its second EP, titled ‘GreenGreen_playextended’, to mark the first anniversary of the group’s debut. The release, managed by Big Hit Music, includes two new tracks, ‘Pack It Up’ and ‘MoneyMoneyMoney’, which were originally recorded during the production of the ‘GreenGreen’ EP but were initially left off the album.

The five members—Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, and Keonho—participated in the writing and composition of the new songs. The expanded EP follows the commercial success of ‘GreenGreen’, which spent 14 consecutive weeks on the Billboard 200.

While the new tracks were debuted during a performance at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul, critical reception for the new single ‘MoneyMoneyMoney’ has been mixed, with some reviews describing the production as repetitive and the vocals as heavily distorted.
