Sources indicate Mills has been spending time at the oceanfront location with Catherine Chils, a 27-year-old former aspiring model who has reportedly been a companion of his for three years. While Chils has denied being at the property and stated they are only friends, neighbors observed the pair together on the beach following the election.

Mills’s staff has expressed concern regarding his lack of communication and absence from work following the primary loss. The congressman is currently facing investigations by the House Ethics Committee and the Department of Justice regarding allegations of wire fraud and financial misconduct. Additionally, he faces allegations of assault involving former Miss United States Lindsey Langston, who also alleged threats of revenge porn and physical violence.
