Cosenza Calcio appoints new Board of Directors led by Rita Scalise

Cosenza Calcio has restructured its corporate governance, transitioning from a sole administrator model to a Board of Directors. Rita Rachele Scalise, who previously served as the sole administrator, has been appointed as the President of the new Board.

The new Board of Directors includes Luigi Micheli and attorney Francesco Caputo. Eugenio Guarascio will maintain his position as honorary president. This reorganization focuses on the management structure rather than a change in ownership.

The new leadership faces the challenge of relaunching the club's sporting project and rebuilding relationships with the fanbase following recent periods of dissatisfaction with the previous management.
