Cosenza official criticizes municipal road maintenance

Giacomo Mancini, representing the PD Calabria leadership, has criticized the Cosenza municipal administration regarding the poor condition of Corso Umberto I. He highlighted that the road directly in front of the Palazzo dei Bruzi is suffering from potholes, depressions, and damaged pavement.

Mancini argued that the city's proposal for citizens to ‘adopt a street’ is inappropriate given the current state of public infrastructure. He emphasized that maintaining public spaces is the responsibility of the administration and noted that the current road conditions pose safety risks to motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists.
