Coslada launches free employment program for women

The City Council of Coslada has launched a free employability program specifically designed for women seeking active employment or looking to improve their professional status. Developed in collaboration with the Department of Employment and implemented by the Fundación Quiero Trabajo, the initiative aims to enhance market access through personalized support.

The program will take place on Thursday mornings during October and November at the Espacio Almudena Grandes. Training includes identifying professional strengths, defining career objectives, and developing digital skills such as resume building, navigating job portals, and using artificial intelligence for job searches. Participants will also receive assistance with interview preparation, professional image consulting, and mentorship from industry professionals.
