Cosm opens immersive entertainment venue in Detroit

Cosm has opened a new 70,000-square-foot immersive sports and entertainment venue in downtown Detroit. The facility is anchored by a three-level dome featuring an 87-foot-diameter, 12K LED screen that provides a 180-degree view of live events, a technology the company refers to as ‘Shared Reality’.

The venue has a capacity of approximately 1,500 people and includes ‘The Hall’, a sports-bar-style area with wall-to-wall LED displays, and ‘The Deck’, an outdoor rooftop area. This location marks Cosm’s fourth venue in the United States.

Programming at the site includes live sports such as NFL, college football, and US Open tennis, as well as films like ‘The Matrix’ and ‘Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone’. While general admission offers access to The Hall and The Deck, reserved seating within the Dome is available for an additional cost.
