Cosmin Olăroiu to invest 100 million euros in Romanian logistics project

Cosmin Olăroiu is preparing a major urban development project in Ciorogârla, Ilfov County, with an estimated investment of approximately 100,000,000 euros. The project covers over 55 hectares (550,512 square meters) located near the A1 Motorway.

The approved urban plan focuses on creating a complex with predominant logistical functions. This includes the construction of storage and logistics units, office buildings, and necessary infrastructure such as parking, access roads, technical spaces, and green areas.
