Cosmo Developments launches AED 6 billion THE WADI project on Yas Island

Cosmo Developments, a joint venture between Abu Dhabi-based Flag Holding Group and Reportage Group, has launched THE WADI, a mixed-use residential development on Yas Island. The project represents an estimated investment of AED 6 billion.

Spanning a plot area of approximately 140,700 square metres, the development will include 3,950 residential units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The master plan also incorporates commercial, recreational, and sports facilities, a planned hotel, a waterfront, and a yacht marina.

Designed as a nature-led destination, the project draws inspiration from the UAE’s landscapes and the movement of water through valleys. The community will feature a central valley, landscaped areas, and pedestrian, running, and cycling paths. Located along the Yas Canal, the site is situated near Zayed International Airport and Ferrari World Yas Island.
