Costa Crociere announces recruitment for 69 onboard positions

Costa Crociere is launching a new recruiting initiative in Friuli Venezia Giulia to fill 69 positions aboard its ships. Organized in collaboration with the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and Enaip Fvg, the selection process will take place in Trieste from October 28 to 30.

The recruitment drive targets five specific professional profiles: onboard Barman, Future Cruise Consultant, Hospitality Operator, Photo Operator, and Shop Attendant. Applications must be submitted by Monday, October 12.

Alessia Rosolen, the regional assessor for labor, highlighted the success of this long-standing partnership, noting that 97 percent of individuals who complete the specialized training and selection process are subsequently hired. Since the collaboration began in 2017, 475 people have participated in these joint training and employment programs.
