Costa Cruises appoints Jorge Serrano Martín de Vidales as Americas Region Director

Costa Cruises has announced a leadership transition for its Americas Region. Jorge Serrano Martín de Vidales has been appointed as the new Americas Region Director, succeeding Dario Rustico.

Rustico, who has been with the company for 24 years, will depart on September 14, 2026, to pursue personal goals. During his tenure, he held various international roles across the Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas.

Serrano Martín de Vidales, currently leading trade sales for Costa in Spain and Portugal, will formally assume his new role in January 2027 following a transfer to the company’s offices in Brazil. In his new capacity, he will report to Luigi Stefanelli, Worldwide Sales Vice President, and will oversee commercial strategy and business development throughout North and South America. Until the transition is complete, the Americas Region team will report directly to Stefanelli.
