Costa del Sol promotes autumn tourism through inland nature and Marbella urban escapes

The Costa del Sol region is transitioning into an autumn tourism season that emphasizes the inland areas of Málaga beyond its Mediterranean coastline. The season offers opportunities for exploring the province's white villages, nature, and heritage, such as the Axarquía, the Guadalhorce Valley, and the Sierra de las Nieves. Mild temperatures facilitate hiking, visiting historical centers, and exploring local vineyards and olive groves.

In Marbella, Fuerte Marbella is focusing its autumn offerings on a combination of urban exploration, gastronomy, and wellness. The hotel's strategy leverages its location between the beach and the historic center, encouraging visits to landmarks like the Plaza de los Naranjos and the Castle of Marbella. The culinary program includes seasonal Andalusian products and seafood, alongside Japanese-Peruvian fusion at Kena by Akiro. Additionally, the local Museum of Contemporary Spanish Printmaking is hosting the ‘Dalí. Ten recipes for immortality’ exhibition through November 15.
