Costa Rica councilwoman requests public service improvements

In Costa Rica, Councilwoman Evair Gomes Nogueira has submitted formal requests to improve local public services. Her proposals include upgrading the seating at the Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS) to provide more comfortable and humanized waiting conditions for patients.

Additionally, she has requested a feasibility study for the municipality to purchase its own tents for neighborhood fairs. The initiative aims to replace the current rental model with municipal ownership to increase long-term cost savings and provide better working conditions for vendors and protection for the public.
