Costa Rica leads Latin American job satisfaction rankings

A Gallup report on job satisfaction in Latin America identifies Costa Rica as the regional leader, with 88% of workers reporting high levels of satisfaction. Colombia follows in second place with 87%, while Peru ranks third at 86%.

Other high-ranking countries include Uruguay (85%) and Panama (83%). In the middle of the rankings, Mexico and Brazil both report 80% satisfaction. Chile and Argentina follow with 79%, and Ecuador rounds out the top ten with 76%.
